Tip: For a do it yourself, simply grab a scarf, fold it in a triangle and wrap it around your head with the loose ends to the front and tie in a knot.

My Finds: William Rast for Target

I finally got to check out the William Rast for Target collection the other day while finishing up some of my Christmas shopping and gotta say I really liked it. As many of you know, William Rast was started by Justin Timberlake and childhood friend Trace Ayala back in 2005 and hit Target stores on Dec. 19th. The collection includes everything from button-downs, denim, outerwear and even these cool cargo pants ranging from $16.99 to $199.99. Here are some of my finds..... Have any of you bought something yet?

P.S. The tops run a bit large...so if you're normally a size Medium try going for a size Small

Holiday Hairstyles in a Pinch...

Don't know how to wear your hair for the holidays? Here are some tips from celebrity hair stylist Jeanie Syfu on how you can get Lauren Conrad's braided headband look or Kim Kardashian's top bun.

Braided Headband
Step 1. Prep hair with TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Foaming Mousse for body and texture and brush through with a round brush
Step 2. Make a side part and create a french braid 2” from the hairline, only picking up the hair when taking it from the front and working in a diagonal direction towards the back of the ear
Step 3. Fasten the braid with pins and let the remaining hair cascade over

Top Bun
Step 1. Spray hair with TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Spray Gel and power dry by flipping your head upside down and running fingers through hair while blow drying
Step 2. Once dry, create a ponytail at the top of the head
Step 3. Divide the tail into two sections and tie them into a knot at the ends
Step 4. Wrap the hair around the base and pin into place

VFB's Closet: Make a Wish

Here are the rest of the pics I took in my friend’s apartment lobby a couple of weeks back. In the hot summer days I’ve actually worn this as a dress, but since it was starting to get nippy I paired it up with some tights and made the dress double as a tunic. The dress is from an Australian line called Wish, which I was introduced to a couple of months back and have been hooked ever since (you can see me wearing some of their clothes here .) I also really love the back of this dress. It’s suppose to get down to the 40’s in Miami tomorrow, so I’m really excited to start pulling out some of my sweaters and coats, which I’ve actually realized I really don’t own that many sweaters so I might have to do some shopping. I also feel like I’m starting to get a cold (sniff sniff) so I’m doubling up on my orange juice.

In my closet:
Dress: c/o Wish
Shoes: Jessica Simpson ‘Dany’ pump via Diallard’s
Tights: Target
