It has lots a probiotics!<br />Also Stalkerville.net, AgainstAllGrain.com, and TheIronYou.com are great places to start to find ways to cook healthier.<br />You might also like my recipe for chicken salad which also yields god soup base.<br />Boil 20 minutes:<br />2 boneless skinless chicken breasts<br />2 tsp garlic powder<br />2 tsp herbs de Provence <br />5 cups water<br />Remove chicken and allow to cool. Broth can be saved as base for soups and sauces.<br />Dice chicken and add:<br />2-3 stalks celery, diced<br />3 green onions, diced<br />1 pear, diced<br />1 lemon, juiced<br />1/3-1/2 cup your favorite mayo ( I used an organic flax oil mayo)<br />1/2 cup chopped pecans<br />1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt<br />2-3 tsp dill, fresh or dried<br />1/2-1 tsp salt to taste<br />Fresh ground pepper to taste<br />Stir all together and enjoy!<br />Praying for strength, joy, and healing for your family as you go through this challenge.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00453412442287287858noreply@blogger.com
