If you're on a budget and can't go shopping all the time (like most of us are) even window shopping releases feel-good chemicals in your brain. They say this happens because shopping is associated with "increased activity in a part of the brain that has been linked to pleasure and positive thinking." So on that note, I guess I'm off to go stimulate my brain cells.
