In case you missed it....Wal-Mart has teamed up with Hard Candy to offer a new line of cosmetics specifically for the retailer this September. Hard Candy, which normally sells at upscale stores, such as Sephora, will have more affordable prices ranging from $5 to $10. You can expect to find items such as lip glosses, liquid eyeliner, mascara and eyeliner pencils.
Hard Candy is such an amazing collection. I love the way that every nail varnish comes with a free ring. It will be great to see some of their other products at Wal Mart.
