I must admit I'm horrible at applying liquid eyeliner, that's why I've always used a black pencil eyeliner instead...that is until I came across this Wet n Wild defining marker. It's the best of both worlds. It has a soft felt edge tip, which makes it very easy to apply. Best of all I got it for less than $4.
