During my recent trip to New York I couldn't have asked for better weather. It was in the low 50's, so of course I jumped at the chance to wear my peacoats (which I rarely get to do being from Miami). I bought this red Michael Kors peacoat from Costco for just $49...not bad eh? I layered it up with a denim shirt and grey cardigan and was nice and toasty the entire day. I can totally get use to living here. I also got to wear my brown boots I had bought especially for this trip.
These pictures were taken in Washington Square. I'd never been before and it was so much fun. There were street performers with people gathering around in a circle, while in another corner it looked like they were filming a movie of some type. After that, the hubby and I took a trip to the Chelsea Market. If you've never been there I highly recommend. There's tons of great little restaurants, coffee shops, fresh seafood, flowers you name it. We ended up going to Amy's bakery and had some hot chocolate with some fresh bread.
Hope you all had a great weekend.
