Ashley Tisdale was spotted wearing this outfit last year during a Planet Hollywood event. I didn't have a long sleeve black dress in my closet, so went with a short sleeve version instead. I added this turquoise necklace from Mimi's and these black heels I scored at Banana Republic for $34! I normally don't buy one item in several colors, but these shoes were such a bargain I ended up getting them in both black and brown. They originally cost more than $100.
