Lauren Conrad was spotted in this yellow ruffled mini dress from 3.1 Phillip Lim while attending an event back in 09'. I recreated her look with a dress from her own LC by Lauren Conrad line at Kohl's (dress is from 2 seasons ago). Doesn't it look pretty similar? Minus the exception of the color of course and the price tag. The entire outfit head to toe is just under $100.
