One thing I love about spring is that I get to take out all of my fun, light nail polish colors (although you sometimes might still see me wearing pastels in the middle of winter). I'm in love with this "Royal Blue" color from L'Oreal Paris. It matches perfectly with all the bright, bold colors in my wardrobe. I painted my nails last night and in less than 10 minutes they were already dry. It's also steal for under $10.
