Beauty: 5 Amazing Beauty Tips Using Baking Soda

I'm sure most of you are already familiar with baking soda, perhaps you use it in your fridge. But did you know there's so many ways it can be used for beauty solutions? Yes, we said beauty! Oh and did I mention it's natural and it won't cost you a fortune.  From a body exfoliate to a natural deodorant, check out these 10 amazing tips of things you can do with ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda. You're gonna love it, trust me.

Use it as a Body Exfoliate
I love using Baking Soda as a natural exfoliate. Removing dead skin cells will also leave your skin soft and smooth. Make a paste of 3 parts baking soda to 1 part water. Rub in a gentle circular motion to exfoliate the skin. Then rinse clean.

Use it as a Foot Soak
Here's a great way to start your home pedicure. Dissolve 3 tablespoons of ARM & HAMMER Baking Soda in a basin of warm water and soak feet. Gently scrub with a past of baking soda. The hardest part is deciding which color nail polish you'll use this week!

Use it for your Hair
For locks that rock, sprinkle a small amount (quarter size) of baking soda into your palm along with your favorite shampoo. Shampoo as usual and rinse thoroughly. The baking soda helps remove the residue that styling products leave behind so your hair is cleaner and more manageable.

Use it as a Natural Deodorant
As a new mom it was very important for me to find a deodorant that didn't have aluminum (which can be unsafe for your baby) and that was natural. This was the perfect solution. Simply dust baking soda under your arms as needed to feel fresh all day.  Baking Soda naturally absorbs odors instead of just covering them up. And I didn't have to pull a Kourtney Kardashian and go without deodorant lol.

Use it to Soften your Hands
Forget the harsh soaps and gently scrub away by mixing 3 parts of baking soda to 1 part water or also add one part of oatmeal for an amazing hand scrub that will leave your hands feeling silky smooth.
