I'm excited to start this new series on the blog called Fitness Friday where I'll share some of my workout outfits and health tips too! Lately, I've been trying to make it a point to work out more (even if it means just working out in my living room). And although I've been losing weight because I completely changed up my eating habits (gave up meat, sodas and staying away from junk food) I realize the importance of actually exercising. I've never been really dedicated to a workout routine, but I'm hoping to change that. To make things fun I try to switch it up, so it doesn't feel like exercise. One day I'll take a yoga class, the next day I'll take my son for a bike ride around the neighborhood...etc.
I don't know about you, but sometimes just having the right workout gear can actually get me motivated to work out. Here's one of my favorite outfits from Nike. I wear from yoga to running, and since athleisure wear is all the trend right now, sometimes I'll even wear it to run errands haha.
These sneakers are also probably one of the most comfortable sneakers I've ever owned. They're super lightweight and very cushiony.
