Motherhood Mondays: Tips for Healthy and Active Toddlers

 I'm excited to share this fun little video I did in collaboration with NIDO, where I share tips in Spanish on how I help my toddler stay active and healthy. As a fist-time mom, you really don't know exactly what to expect until your child is born. But like with everything else in life, you learn to be a mom.

From planning out meals in advance (I love turning to this cookbook called "Starting Fresh") to taking planning outdoor activities together, there's many things we can do to keep our little ones active and healthy. NIDO is a great source of vitamins and minerals for your little one. From Vitamin A to support growth and development to vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that plays a big role in maintaining a healthy immune system and aids in absorption of iron from food.

It's not always easy balancing work, being a wife and a mom (but somehow we make it work). Hope you like it.
