Halloween is right around the corner and if you still haven't picked out your costume, here are a few mother/child costume ideas you might want to consider.
Mother-Son
My son Andres is really into dinosaurs, actually make that obsessed with dinosaurs. At first I considered a Jurassic Park theme and have him dress like a dinosaur and then I would dress as a Jurassic Park "ranger," but I couldn't find anything. So then, since I'm also slightly obsessed with Game of Thrones, I convinced my toddler that a dragon looks a lot like a dinosaur. So we ended up with this Mother of Dragons themed idea. I found both of our costumes at Party City, including the "Mother of Dragons" wig. Now my only problem is that I can't get him to take it off.
Mother-Daughter
And how adorable is my sister-in-law and little niece, Isabella with this Olaf/Elsa themed idea. My sister-in-law found the Olaf hat at Party City and then made the rest of her costume---isn't she creative?
Now we're all ready to go trick-or-treating this weekend!
