Here's a flashback of Toni Collette at the 1998 premiere of Velvet Goldmine. In an interview she did with Glamour [about this look] she even mentions that she wouldn't even wear that on her living room carpet. We don't blame her. These days Toni looks fab on the red carpet...just take a look at her last year at the Emmy's....Gorgeous!
I love the rose pink color and the frills of the gown Toni Collette wore at the Emmy's. Who knows. Maybe if Lady Gaga had hit the fashion scene a little earlier perhaps a more artful and risque lingerie revealing outfit might have found it's way into her wardrobe for the premiere of "Velvet Goldmine". I love lingerie, ruffles, lace and frills and am wondering what Betsey Johnson's most recent designs look like. She's one of my favorite designers.
