The other day I was pulling some clothes for a TV segment on Univision's Despierta America, when I came across this skirt from none other than JCPenney. It's front their Joe Fresh line, which I've been meaning to check out in person for a while now. I loved it so much, I actually bought myself a pair too. I know some of you might be in below freezing temperatures, and the last thing on your mind is skirts....but once spring rolls around, this skirt would be perfect. It also looks so much more luxe, than it costs---only $28! The sizes run big, I'm usually a size 2 but the size 0 fit better.
