Lately I've really been into skirts. I'm in love with this navy skirt from Forever 21. While doing some window shopping at the mall yesterday I saw the perfect way of wearing it too. J.Crew had set up a mannequin with a navy skirt paired with yellow ballet flats and navy blue socks that came just a bit above the ankles.
