VF's Closet: Alma Awards

This past weekend was pretty amazing to say the least. I flew up to Santa Monica to attend the Alma Awards thanks to Artistry from Amway, a beauty and make-up line. I had never been to Santa Monica (nor the Alma Awards) before, so was really excited to go. The day of the awards show, we had a make-up artist (Mark Hopkins...which was just great btw), apply my make-up using the line. It felt so light, which is always what I look for in make-up. And most importantly it lasted all night. I had him write down everything he used so I'll be doing a how-to post in the weeks to come. After my make-up and hair was all done, I got dressed and was ready to start the night. There were so many amazing celebs at the awards show, such as Antonio Banderas, Demi Lovato, Jessica Alba and Eva Longoria and George Lopez (who were hosting the show). The after-party was also a lot of fun! I couldn't believe this was all happening (felt so lucky and blessed to have this experience). Here are some pics of my weekend. Hope you have a great Monday.
